2.Structure frame for aquaculture
Together with Muyuan Group, we developed a high-strength, light-weight, acid-alkali-resistant, high-load-bearing, maintenance-free breeding plant composite material as the main structural frame.

3.Glass-free composite material slats for aquaculture
Product advantages: high production efficiency, and the weight is one-third of the ordinary concrete manure leakage board. Long-term wear does not reveal fiberglass. High strength, can bear up to 1.7 tons.
Disadvantages: The price is one-third higher than that of concrete dungboard.

With the introduction of the national environmental protection policy, lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. For enterprises with serious environmental pollution, the state resolutely rectifies, suspends production or even bans them. Therefore, the solid waste recovery and reuse of resin-based composite materials is becoming more and more urgent. The solid waste recovery and reuse of resin-based composite materials will greatly solve the environmental pressure, and will have a positive significance for the future environmental improvement of our province and even my country.

This project takes the recycling and solid waste of resin-based composite materials as the research object, and adopts technical research such as the classification of different resin-based composite materials, the design of solid waste recycling process plans for different resin-based composite materials, and the design and manufacture of recycling equipment. Matrix composite materials microfabrication and surface treatment technology and resin matrix composite material fine powder filling technology research in molded composite materials, resin matrix composite material micro powder concrete adding technology and hollow brick molding technology research, to achieve resin matrix composite materials The purpose of recycling and reuse is to realize the efficient and high value-added recycling and industrialization of resin-based composite materials, and to build a green and pollution-free recycling industry base for resin-based composite materials. |
