How should the FRP grating be cut?

1. According to the size and installation requirements, the grille is cut and processed reasonably, in order to achieve greater economic benefits without affecting the inherent performance of the FRP grille. The cutting end face needs to be coated with resin to ensure that its corrosion resistance is not affected.
A. Cutting:
Straight line cutting: FRP grating can be cut on-site with ceramic disc or emery disc cutter, or even with ordinary hacksaw blade.
Curve cutting: For arc cutting such as grille openings and arcs, electric saws or hacksaws equipped with metal cutting blades can be used.
B. Drilling:
Holes above 12mm can be drilled with a twist drill of an ordinary drilling machine.
To process small holes, you can use hand-held electric hole processing tools or general hand electric drills to drill holes.
C. Grinding:
It can be polished with portable angle grinder, grinder, ordinary file and sandpaper.
Note: a. This material cannot be turned or tapped.
b. Arbitrary cutting will not change the mechanical properties of the grille, nor will it cause falling apart and other consequences.
2. Measures:
Before cutting, operators should wear protective glasses and masks to prevent objects from splashing into the eyes and reduce dust inhalation; wear gloves and work clothes to prevent dust from entering the skin and cause allergies; choose a well-ventilated and brightly lit place for cutting; before cutting All power tools should be checked for integrity.
