3. The height of the starting point below the cage is between 2100 and 3000 mm, that is, the ladder larger than three meters should be equipped with a cage, and the height of the upper layer of the cage should not be less than 1050 mm.
4. Ladder beams and walls should exceed 180 mm, and discontinuous protrusions and ladder beams should not be less than 150 mm.
